1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • The wrong item was delivered to you.
  • Your order was incomplete or missing items.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

 

2. Reporting a Problem

2.1. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product by providing:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

3. Refunds & Replacements

3.1. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the item at no additional cost.
  • A refund to the original payment method.

3.2. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the issue was not reported within the given timeframe or if the product has been consumed.

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

4.1. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened or consumed.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

 

5. Order Cancellations

5.1. Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellations are not allowed.
